Nepal

The Official Name of Nepal is the Federal  Democratic Republic of Nepal, Nepal is a landlocked country which is covered by Land in South Asia. It is bordered to the north by the People's Republic of China, and to the south, east, and west by the Republic of India. With an area of 147,181 square kilometers (56,827 sq mi) and a population of approximately 30 million, The capital of Nepal is Kathmandu which is the country’s largest metropolitan city.

Nepal is a country of highly diverse and rich geography, culture, and religions. The mountainous north has eight of the world's ten highest mountains, including the highest, Sagarmatha, known in English as Mount Everest.

Hinduism is practiced by a larger majority of people in Nepal than in any other nation. Buddhism, though a minority faith in the country, is linked historically with Nepal as the birthplace of Siddhartha Gautama, who as the Gautam Buddha gave birth to the Buddhist tradition. About half of the population live below the international poverty line of US$1.25 a day.

India Nepal Border Dispute happened due to:

Nepal has released a new political map that claims Kalapani, Limpiyadhura, and Lipulekh of Uttarakhand and Susta area (West Champaran district, Bihar) as part of Nepal’s territory. The area of Susta (West Champaran district, Bihar) can also be noted in the new map, but these all are parts of India according to Treaty of Sugauli which was signed by the Kingdom of Nepal on 4th March 1816 and these all areas come into the hands of India but Now Nepal argued for Kalapani, Limpiyadhura, and Lipulekh.

India rejected the new Map of Nepal by saying it involves artificial enlargements of territories, which is not based on historical facts and evidence. India has argued the Government of Nepal to desist from such an unjustified cartographic assertion and respect India’s sovereignty and territorial, integrity.

Nepal had also expressed infuriation on the 2015 agreement between India and China for using the Lipulekh pass for trade, without consulting Nepal.

Nepal’s Stand:

o    Kali river originates from a stream at Limpiyadhura, north-west of Lipu Lekh. Thus Kalapani, and Limpiyadhura, and Lipu Lekh, fall to the east of the river and are part of Nepal’s Dharchula district.
o    Lipulekh was deleted from the country’s map by the kings to get favors from India.

o    The territory of Kalapani was offered to India by King Mahendra after 1962 the India-China war who wanted to help India’s security concerns due to perceived lingering Chinese threats.
·         Kalapani was not a part of the Nepal-India dispute. It was Nepal’s territory that the king had allowed India to use temporarily
o    The new map is in fact a document that was in circulation in Nepal till the 1950s.

India’s Stand:

o    Kali river originates in springs well below the Lipu-lekh pass, and the Sugauli Treaty does not demarcate the area north of these streams.
o    The administrative and revenue records of the nineteenth century also show that Kalapani was on the Indian side, and counted as part of the Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand.

A Mistake did by India

In 1951, when The United Nation's General Assembly Meeting held, in which Chief of all the countries present and they show their country Map at that time, our Prime Minister "Jawaharlal Nehru" couldn't accept that meeting just because of the Article 370, at that time Nepal present wrong data in front of all the countries that's why Nepal argued a lot but Nepal can't win because Treaty was already signed which declared these all are parts of India so Nepal should fear from this.

China's Role

In the matter of India Nepal Border Dispute China act as "Add fuel to the Fire" means this dispute was indirectly related to China, This voice belongs to KP Sharma Oli but the mind is Xi Jinping so I think you can understand what I want to say. China wants to begin another war with India because India grows itself a lot so China uses these disgusting tricks to win.

Nepal will have to bear its result because all its imports and exports are done from the area of Kolkata because there are a lot of mountains exist in Nepal which causes it has only 2 ways for import and export means it can do its open business either from China or India but if it uses China way so it took a lot of cash rather than India means if Nepal wants to Buy tomatoes and that Tomatoes are of price 10 Rs/Kg and if it is exported from India so Nepal got these tomatoes at price 12 Rs/Kg and If it did this from China so Nepal has to pay 250 Rs/Kg so now Decisions are in the hand of Nepal.
