What is PO?

Service Customers: Banking is a service sector. PO serve the customer by solving customer's queries and giving information to them. PO also look into customers coming for opening new accounts, ATM cards, deposits, receipts, loans, cheque books etc.,

Bring New Business: It is the responsibility of the bank PO to make sure that they promote the various products and schemes that the bank has in offer for its customers. PO might be required to go to offices and visit client if required as public sector banks don't keep additional specialized person for these marketing tasks.
